The vertical grater has a detachable leg which, when turned around, becomes a firm handle when you use the grater over pots or bowls.

The cutting plate has a smooth and a wavy slicer and grater for nutmeg and citrus.

The handle and the plates are easily separated and do not take up much space in the dishwasher.

The two different grating plates grate and cut everything from nutmeg to cucumbers.

The grating plate is graduated, making it possible to do both fine and coarse grating on the same plate.

Full access to the backsides of the plates eases cleaning and heightens the hygiene. Both stainless steel plates are included.
